DESCRIPTION
Also called as Golden Bird’s Nest Sansevieria, the Sansevieria trifasciata ‘Golden Hahnii’ is a dwarf cultivar of the popular houseplant Sansevieria trifasciata or Snake Plant. It can grow only up to 20cm tall and forms low elegant rosettes of upright, funnel-shaped, grey-green leaves with dark green cross-bands and broad creamy yellow borders.
Sansevierias are the among the easiest plants to care for and are actually perfect for beginners or busy plant owners. They tolerate low-light but sufficient lighting condition brings out the colours in the leaves. Like most succulents, snake plants store water in their leaves so it is best to wait for the soil to totally dry out between waterings.
Under ideal environment, the Golden Hahnii can bloom with sweetly fragrant, greenish-white flowers.
Important to know: As plants are natural products, form, pattern and colour will vary.
