Return Process

  Contact our support team within the eligible timeframe with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition and packaging; live plants must remain in their nursery pots to be eligible for a health-related exchange.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box or schedule a convenient drop-off time at our local greenhouse boutique.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horticulturists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
