DESCRIPTION

Also called Philodendron Scandens, the Philodendron Brasil is a bright and bold cultivar of the classic Heartleaf Philodendron. Its variegated green and lime or lemon-coloured leaves resemble that of a Brazilian flag, hence the name.

This fast-growing plant thrives indoors with very minimal care. It can tolerate low-light condition but to keep its stunning colours vibrant, place it in a medium to bright indirect light environment.

Maintain the glossy leaves of a Philodendron Brasil by using a clean cloth to wipe off the top and reveal a healthy shine. This will also help the plant absorb more light and continue its variegation.

As it is a trailing plant, Philodendron Brasil will respond well to regular trimming when it starts to become leggy. This way, you also get to keep its bushy, lush look.
